Well, I guess it's about time I mentioned that my blogging did not just finish on the 2nd June but it continued all the way to the 4th July!
Yep - I successfully blogged every day of my live until I got back to the UK for over 6 (that's -S-I-X-) months! It can be found in all it's completed glory here:

Re-posting the blog allowed me to review the content, correct the grammar and spelling, add more photographs, give a printable stylesheet (try a Print Preview on the site), add better menu navigation and generally tart it up some. But you can read all about that when you visit the site!

can i take a car insurance company to small claims court? The insurance provider turned down my claim, (I would take the at fault driver to small claims on the other hand I've no address to serve them or send a demand letter). The other driver was at fault however his particular insurance firm claims there is really a difference within our statements so they really need to take the word of their insured vs. my word. There's no doubt that they acted in negative faith and did not execute a proper investigation would this certainly be a valid claim in small claims court? I have to consider the at fault drivers insurer (not my own) to small claims with the damages to my car.
